VENUE: THE VIKINGS TOWN CENTRE SPORTS CLUB  
MEETING PLACE OF THE TCC
CORNER OF ROWLAND REES CRESCENT AND ATHLLON DRIVE  

The Council meets on the first Thursday of the month commencing at 7.30 pm, except for December and January.  All residents of the Tuggeranong Valley are welcome to these meetings where they can express their views or raise issues and concerns on matters affecting them in their area. 

Organisations and Businesses in the Valley are also welcome to attend meetings of the Council.

The Council welcomes newcomers to our Valley and is interested in questions they may have on our area.

PLEASE NOTE 
THAT ALL GENERAL TCC  MEETINGS ARE  PLANNED AHEAD. IF A SITUATION ARISES, THAT NEEDS MORE TIME, THEN THE TCC EXECUTIVE  WILL CONVENE A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING. ONCE THE AGENDA IS SET, WE CANNOT CHANGE THIS  ON SHORT NOTICE. WE WOULD ASK PROSPECTIVE SPEAKERS TO RESPECT THESE RULES.

THE GUEST SPEAKER WILL BE  MR PETER JOHNS - PROJECT MANAGER , ACT GOVERNMENT.

WHO WILL BE INFORMING THE RESIDENTS OF BONYTHON ABOUT A NEW COMMUNITY HALL TO BE BUILD IN 
THEIR AREA. THIS WILL BE YOUR CHANCE TO HAVE INPUT INTO THIS DEVELOPMENT.

OTHER REPORTS WILL BE:  TCC UPDATE, POLICE ETC.

ALL RESIDENTS ARE WELCOME  AND YOU CAN RAISE POINTS OF INTEREST  AND LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY AT THESE MEETINGS.
