
The Tuggeranong Community Council (TCC) has entered the debate over the introduction of Random Roadside Drug Testing in the ACT with the launch of an on-line survey.
TCC President Darryl Johnston said the survey seeks to determine community opinion on drug driving and the introduction of Random Roadside Drug Testing in the ACT.

The Tuggeranong Community Council (TCC) welcomes any boost to initiatives aimed at reducing and eventually eliminating winter wood smoke pollution in the Tuggeranong Valley.
Council President, Darryl Johnston was commenting on moves to expand the ACT Government’s Wood Heater Buyback Scheme and educate the community on the environmental health impacts of wood smoke pollution.

The Tuggeranong Community Council (TCC) conducted a survey of residents on the proposed Tralee residential development. Residents were invited to participate in the survey by visiting the TCC website and answering a series of questions about the proposed Tralee development.
The results of the survey show that a majority of residents believe it is a bad idea to allow homes to be built at Tralee. They believe residents at Tralee will be subjected to aircraft noise. The majority of respondents are concerned that as a result of complaints by Tralee residents flight paths will be relocated over Tuggeranong.

The Tuggeranong Community Council Inc has weighed into the debate over the proposed Tralee residential development.
Tuggeranong Community Council President, Darryl Johnston, said the Council is concerned that the initial construction of 1500 new homes directly under the flight path of Canberra Airport will lead to aircraft being redirected over Tuggeranong.
