Editorial

There have been two hard copies produced of this book, which were delivered to all residents in Tuggeranong during 1hirty thousands copies were delivered to households and one thousand copies were distributed to Tourist outlets. This is the updated version of "Your Official Guide to Tuggeranong", from the original copy and is updated on a regular basis. The response from the first edition was very encouraging, so we have progressed to the Internet where we can keep the information relevant to the present time. The contents of this book have been changed as we are not relying on advertisements.

We have included this time the places to eat in the Tuggeranong Valley including the takeaways as well, as the shopping centres, and sporting venues.

We have found that this guide has proved to be a useful information document for all our residents presently living here and also the newcomers to the area. Tuggeranong is still growing and there are continuing changes and exciting facilities coming to the Valley each year. We feel that by providing you with this guide, free of charge, you will be able to see the different services provided and also some of the places to visit like the Heritage properties. Also some of the events being provided by the community for the community.

If you wish to be included in future editions of the guide, please contact me on Ph (02) 6292 1843 or email tccorg@optusnet.com.au
